Will this help me lose weight? - wedding dance mount a blade
Ok, so I am behind the wheel rotates (and other) classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1 hour each ... I have cheerleading (which is a training program for all the assembly and dance, what we do) 2 hours per day is given, Tue, Wed, Thu .... But I keep my diet as before ... Will I lose weight this way or should I switch to a new system entirely?
