What causes ankle and leg swelling? - what to do with leg and ankle swelling
My left ankle in the middle of my feet and my legs, my knee is swollen. With the foundation to contribute to some, but not much. And if the swelling is really bad, I have some numbness and tingling in my leg and bit her foot. I've also noticed that some pain in my part of the calf and shin. My right ankle swells to some but not as bad as the left. Realatively I am a healthy woman between the ages of 33 years. Should I be alarmed by the inflammation, or should I just wait and see how you get it? I wouldnt worry, even if they are not with tingling and numbness. Any tips?

You should tell your doctor as soon as possible. Calf pain and swelling of the legs could be deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Problems Probably not, but could circulatory diseases, than you should have taken into account. Call your doctor ask to speak to a nurse and tell them your symptoms. You can walk directly to emergency care, or would a list of questions, triage and decide when and where you go, it can not hurt to call it otherwise, peace of mind.

My first thought was water retention, but it is not surprising that in both legs. At least go to the doctor. You may need some water pills
Why do not you go to the doctor?
In any case, check with your doctor. It may be a blood clot, or may also be a symptom of certain diseases of the heart. Either way, it is worth check to get out.
